Relationship between
everlasting nature, healthy environment, and equal construction for better
future
Assalamualaikum
warrahmatullahi wabarrakatuh
Good
morning, and best wishes to all of us. Before i begin to deliver my
speech, i would like to invite you to
thank to Allah the almighty, who has given us mercy and blessing, so we can
meet together in this blessing place.
Ladies and gentlemen,
It be a
great honor for me, to stand right here int front of you all to give a short
speech about relationship between everlasting nature, healthy environment, and
equal constructions for better future. In modern
times just like now, there have been many changes going on around us, the
technological advances that have taken place, the built-in development, solely
to meet the endless needs of humans. In line with the technological advances
and developments, we should also be aware of the importance of maintaining and
protecting the nature in which we stand. Because whatever we will do in this
mortal world, all these things will come back to us again. As well as what we
do to nature, the natural damage caused by human activities will also come back
to us in the form of natural disasters such as flash floods, floods,
landslides, heavy smog, and so on. These things show that what we do in the
world today is directly proportional to what we will get in the future. These
things show that what we do in the world today is directly proportional to what
we will get in the future. As well as with the sustainability of nature,
healthy environment, and developments on this earth, all three have a
relationship and interrelationship with each other.
If the
rapid development is done arbitrarily without considering the sustainability of
nature and a healthy environment, then of course the destruction of nature and
the environment will be a consequence for us in the future, beginning with
small natural disasters that occur in the present. We certainly do not want our
next generation will feel the consequences of our actions today, is not it? Therefore
I invite you all that from this moment let's love our nature and our
environment for the good of the future. Although this upfront development is
overwhelming, but we can still control it, balancing it with various actions
concerning the environment and nature such as reforestation, selective logging,
creating green open spaces, and so on. Because, after all, the trees are the
only source of oxygen in the world, the more development in the earth, the less
oxygen-producing sources must be interspersed with activities such as
reforestation.
So things I
can say on this occasion, hopefully what I can tell you can be beneficial to
all of you and to myself, I apologize if there are words that I am less than
welcome to all of you. At the end of the word I say thank you for the
attention, see you again in
other occasion.
Wassalamualaikum warrahmatullahi wabarrakatuh.
